Brandon L. Parks
Brandon began working with elderly individuals and their families in 2003, eventually becoming a hospice chaplain in 2009. As a hospice chaplain, Brandon saw many patients that were unable to obtain public or private benefits they were entitled to, patients that had nothing in place to allow their families to follow patients’ wishes when the patient could not make his or her own healthcare decisions, and distraught family who had no idea how to manage their loved one’s assets after passing away.
Brandon’s work as a hospice chaplain inspired him to become a lawyer to help individuals, young and old, ensure their money and property is protected and make sure they can access all resources and benefits, public and private, they are entitled to.
Brandon practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, probate, Title XIX benefits, real estate, taxes, and does some litigation work. In addition to being licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, Brandon is also admitted to practice in the Federal Circuit Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
Brandon is also a dedicated family man with a wife, three daughters, and a yellow lab mix.

If you have been accused of a crime in the State of Wisconsin, you need an aggressive attorney to fight for your constitutional rights, demand fair and respectful treament from police and the courts, listen to your concerns and questions, and obtain the best possible outcome in your case. I am an experienced practitioner in the trial courts of Milwaukee and Waukesha counties, handling all types of misdemeanor and felony cases, including DUI/OWI, drug possession, carrying concealed weapons (CCW), theft and retail theft, domestic violence, juvenile delinquencies, probation/parole violation and revocation hearings, and traffic tickets/violation.
Our firm does not seek to develop a “criminal law practice.” What we do strive for is to help all of our clients, including those clients or their families that find themselves in the criminal justice system. Our firm’s practice emphasizes helping clients protect their families and their property. We also stand by if help is needed in protecting their liberty.
